Lulu Shafrir Chinese Medicine

From a young age, I remember a very strong sense of connection between body and mind - from being sick right before birthdays, to countless digestive problems. After not finding satisfactory solutions to those problems with the tools of Western medicine, I set out to search for a deeper solution, one that did not ignore that connection between body and mind. Along with that, I grew up in Tel Aviv and always enjoyed an urban lifestyle that did not exactly fall into the "health" category, and I had a hard time giving that up. This combination is what led me to study Chinese medicine and ultimately create a profound change in my life.

Chinese medicine is above all a way of life, and understanding the principles on which it is based allows you to create balance in your daily life. Throughout the journey, I have tried to acquire the best tools I could find, and today I am happy to share them with you to help as many people as possible find this balance in their lives. In my eyes, daily balance, small changes and taking control and responsibility for our bodies are what help promote better health, of the body and mind as a whole.

My Approach

It all starts with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don't worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what's going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don't overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it's going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later he will take care of himself. It always does.
